I was doubtful of the efficacy of the abalone oil but having taken them for 6 months I am sold!
They do not repeat on you or give that awful fish oil taste.
More importantly- having suffered from Raynauds Disease ( poor circulation to fingers and toes) all my life I did not get one occurrence of it over the winter. And that is amazing.
The mild arthritis in my fingers has all but gone. Highly recommended.

I'm 66 and have been taking Abalone oil for three months daily each morning. For three years I have had pain in one knee from an old climbing injury. I had an operation to a torn meniscus back in 1990 but the pain came back in 2022.
