For three years I have had pain in one knee from an old climbing injury. I had an operation to a torn meniscus back in 1990 but the pain came back in 2022. I have tried physio, acupuncture and orthopedic advice, all to no avail! Mean while my knee pain got worse. I am 71 and have severe arthritis in both my hands. I have been taking the abalone oil for 2 months now. I am able to move the fingers and squeeze in both my hands and have no pain. I can now use my phone and do gardening without pain and fingers freezing up. It has improved my quality of life.
